1. OUTDOOR TRAINING:


  • Physical training
  • Foot drill, savdhan, vishram, tej chal, thum, murna–dahina, baya and pichhe
  • Lathi drill – use of short and long lathi and baton.
  • Un-armed close combat
  • Patrolling

2. INDOOR TRAINING:


  • Uniforms – wearing of uniform, belt, cap and boots. Correcting each other and use of ceremonial uniforms.
  • Security – How do you achieve desired security? How does training help in achieving desired standard of security?
  • Documents – documents required to be maintained by security staff – Attendance & Shift Register, Material In & Out Register, Visitors Book, Employees Attendance Register, Key register, Staff movement, Vehicle kms readings, Occurrence register, Courier/Mail, Telephone book, Message register, etc.
  • Passes – checking of Gate Pass (Returnable & non-returnable), Visitor pass and ‘I’ Card registers, maintenance of Gate Passes and ‘I’ Cards. Reading roman numerals.
  • Visitors – screening visitors, maintenance of Visitors Book, issuing passes, checking of visitors vehicles, checking of unauthorized items like cigarettes, matches, drugs, etc, baggage, laptops, PDA, camera mobiles, pen drives, CD’s, Floppies, etc.
  • Client’s Employees – screening & checking of employees ID cards, maintenance of Employees Attendance Register, checking of unauthorized items like cigarettes, matches, drugs, etc, baggage, laptops, PDA, camera mobiles, pen drives, CD’s, Floppies, etc.
  • Material Movement – checking & maintenance of Registers for incoming and outgoing material. Checking of incoming and outgoing vehicles, recording of delivery and receiving challans.
  • Fire Fighting – action on seeing fire, switching off electrical mains (if required), prevention by using available resources, use of FF equipment, various types of fire chemicals, accidental fire of material, inflammable items, electricity short circuit, calling for various assistance.
  • Intrusion – action of noticing intrusion, prevention of intrusion, arrest of intruder, interrogation of intruder and reporting thereof.
  • Sabotage – type of sabotage, catch, arrest of sabotage and inform high authorities immediately.
  • Liaison – with the Police, Civil Authorities and Management.
  • Relationship – with Employees, Management and Union and Union Leaders.
  • Offence – type of offence, arrest, disposal and reporting of offences.
  • Telephone – dialing of phones, making calls and answering calls, maintenance of telephone log book and important telephone nos. like – Police Control Room, Local Police, Factory Manager and Fire Station.
  • Identification of ranks of police/army.
  • SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)– basic training as per the client’s company’s policy.

3. MISCELLANEOUS:

How to apply for leave; action on absenting, slackness, laziness while on duty, proper turn out, discipline, personal hygiene and sanitation, personal security, correct use of canteen facilities and free accommodation


BASIC FIRE/BOMB EVACUATION

  • Identification of Fire/Bomb threat: When in doubt, the first step is to identify & confirm the type of fire taken place.
  • Blow the fire siren & alert everyone.
  • Telephone the Fire dept. / bomb squad
  • Switching off the electrical mains, if required.
  • Types of fire : There are 4 types of fire a) Solid (b) Liquid ( c) Gas (d) Electrical
  • System to conduct smooth evacuation of personnel, materials, documents, etc.
  • Extinguishing of fire.

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE


  • Recruitment of our personnel is done under the strictest procedures.
  • All our personnel are minimum 10th pass/fail.
  • The minimum physical attributes for selection are adhered to.
  • Every candidate has to undergo a written test to check his reading/writing skills.
  • After selection, we internally conduct antecedent verification of every personnel we recruit.
  • Most of our personnel are selected through proper references.
  • We are tied up with several state govts who provide us with good & honest manpower.
  • We usually recruit ex-servicemen at the supervisory level.
  • We have several categories of security personnel like: Assignment Manager, Security Officer, Armed Guard, Fire Marshall, Head Guard, Guard & Traffic Marshalls.
